Prepare crust as described below. Combine softened ice cream and pineapple preserves; mix well. Spoon into macadamia graham cracker crust. Freeze. Cut into wedges and serve with bowls of chocolate sauce, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas and whipped cream.
Macadamia Graham Cracker Crust: Finely chop the macadamia nuts. Combine macadamia nuts, graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; blend well. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Chill. Makes one 9-inch pie crust.
