Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Blend eggs and water, dip pieces into egg mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Cook chicken in oil on medium heat 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer 30-40 minutes or unitl fork tender. Turn chicken once or twice to assure even cooking.
